Just Flow Events & Marketing is seeking a full-time Account Manager at our Manchester, New Hampshire office. Primary duties are to develop relationships with existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and execution of marketing, communications, and event deliverables. This position is not remote nor hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
The Account Manager position is the first point of contact for existing clients to build trust and maintain a positive relationship between our firm and their designated representatives. This person will consistently foster and develop relationships with assigned clients by striving to understand their business and strategic goals and then identifying services and products to fulfill these needs. This includes providing recommendations and suggestions to reinforce the client’s brand, expand existing project scopes or deliverables, and provide analysis of deliverables to demonstrate continuous improvement. As such, the Account Manager will play an instrumental role in designing, launching and managing ongoing campaigns as well as collaborating with sales to identify and grow opportunities related to these campaigns. Additionally, the Account Manager may visit client locations periodically to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing relationship.
For active projects and deliverables, the Account Manager will ensure that the services and projects received by each client represent the highest quality and value, meet or exceed the client’s needs, and remain within their budget. This will require the Account Manager to serve as a liaison between cross-functional internal resources within the company to manage projects and maintain the expected positive customer experience. On a daily basis, the Account Manager will manage all inbound inquires and requests from assigned clients, handle presented complaints or concerns, and problem solve to find solutions to any and all issues.
Our agency is a highly collaborative environment and this position reports to the CEO & President. As such, the right candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, instinctive problem-solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail. As a small agency, everyone wears many hats on any given day so enthusiasm and flexibility to tackle new tasks and expand one’s repertoire is also a part of this position. For this reason, the Account Manager may also support the assigned team resources as needed to accommodate pipeline changes and capacity needs.
Skills & Requirements:
The Account Manager position should bring 2-4 years of business experience in a professional setting with particular interest in successful agency experience. Proven experience with interpersonal communications with external clients and successful management of project and campaign details also required. Experience with both Windows and Apple operating systems as well as working understanding of marketing principles and techniques for social media, website, public relations, email marketing, and graphic design. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, a strong desire to learn new tools, such as Social Pilot and Canva, and pursue general professional development. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, successfully manage multiple deliverables and timelines and track time and budget for projects while keeping a positive attitude and sense of humor are a must. Knowledge and understanding of basic design principles or a natural eye for attractive design is a plus, photography or videography experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related discipline required.

Just Flow Events & Marketing is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant at our Manchester, New Hampshire office. Primary duties are focused on supporting and assisting client and agency marketing and communication strategies, including print, digital, public relations, broadcast, and events. In addition, this position will support Just Flow with administrative responsibilities and event coordination for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
The marketing assistant’s position is responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of Just Flow client communications. The person in this position must have a moderate understanding of the general aspects of marketing and promotion, as well as experience or natural instincts to assist in these creative efforts. Since our boutique agency is a highly collaborative environment, this position will support activities across the organization while ultimately reporting to the CEO & President. As such, the right candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, instinctive problem-solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail. New Hampshire office. Primary duties are focused on social media strategy and execution with
additional deliverables to support full integration of digital efforts with client marketing and
communications. This position is not remote.
Key Responsibilities:
The Social Media Strategist position is responsible to plan, create, curate, and disseminate
compelling social media content in support of and in coordination with Just Flow client
communications. The person in this position must have the knowledge and skills to develop and
maintain the social voice, reinforcing each client’s brand as well as analyzing results for
continuous improvement and to build brand awareness. This includes conducting market
research to identify social media best practices, trends and insights, as well as executing a social
media strategy based on competitor research, benchmarking, messaging and audience behaviors.
