Office Administrator

Just Flow Events & Marketing is seeking a full-time Office Administrator for a busy Marketing Agency at our Manchester, New Hampshire office. Primary responsibilities include general bookkeeping tasks (AP, AR, light GL), clerical assistance with typing and preparing documents and correspondence, daily office tasks (answering phones, sorting mail, organization), inventory management (snacks, water, coffee, office supplies, promotional materials, etc.), company and client errands, and other tasks as assigned. We are looking for a motivated and hard-working office administrator with attention to detail, problem solving skills and proficiency in windows operating systems including Microsoft Office, a fast learner with the desire to tackle new projects and skills to keep our office and team running seamlessly. Experience in customer service and marketing and printing is a strong plus.

The office administrator should bring 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or related fields in a professional setting with a particular interest in successful agency experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, a strong desire to learn new tools, as well as a general pursuit of continued professional development are desired. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, successfully manage multiple deliverables and timelines and track time for projects while keeping a positive attitude and sense of humor are a must. This position is full-time, with daily M-F hours. The position does not allow remote working as an option.
