Meet Our Team


Ami D’Amelio

CEO & President

Ami D’Amelio is the CEO & President of Just Flow Events & Marketing, a versatile boutique firm in the Greater Manchester area. With over 25 years of sales and marketing experience, Ami is well-versed in interactive media, traditional print and promotional products, social media and event planning for wide variety of industries both locally and nationwide. Since transitioning into a professional consultant in June 2010, Ami has successfully managed countless client projects, including corporate brand and core attribute development, strategic marketing and communications plans, website redesign projects, social media strategy and management, electronic and print newsletters and direct mail, copywriting and copyediting, print and digital advertising, apparel and promotional items, public relations and crisis management, managing RFP and proposal processes, event design and management, and nonprofit fundraising.

With a core principle of customer service, Ami provides excellent project management skills and strives to exceed expectations for each and every client for each and every project. Her hallmark is consistently and accurately identifying client needs, developing strategic recommendations, and managing deliverables with a keen eye for detail.

Shortly after arriving in New Hampshire, Ami became very engaged in the non-profit sector and completed terms on several boards of directors, including Council on Fundraising (CONFR), Friends of CHaD, Manchester Rotary Club, New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility (NHBSR), Southern NH Women’s Business Network, and most recently, the American Red Cross NH and VT Chapter. She is a Class of 2007 graduate of Leadership Greater Manchester, a Class of 2010 graduate of Leadership Greater Nashua, and has served on countless committees for the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. Ami was also selected as one of the 40 Under Forty in 2008 by the New Hampshire Union Leader. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.


Matt MacDonald

Creative Services Manager

With over 16 years of agency experience, Matt MacDonald offers professional, multi-faceted experience in marketing and graphic design for both digital and offline communications. As our Creative Services Manager, he provides project management and graphic design services for clients ranging from high tech to nonprofit and hospitality to professional services, while coordinating with web developers, social media managers, marketing and communication resources, and the client to create a brilliant, finished product. In addition, he lends his extensive, hands-on management experience to provide invaluable oversight for complete branding campaigns, including web design and development, logo creation and refresh, and creating brand standard profiles. With regards to digital marketing experience, Matt has recently designed websites for 900 Degrees Neopolitan Pizzeria, Magic Foods Restaurant Group, Nicholson Law Firm, Spaulding Academy & Family Services, and MTN Landscaping, from concept to completion and frequently provides graphics and user experience recommendations for the Red Arrow Diner website among many others.

The nature of small business requires everyone to wear many different hats. As such, he has learned to thrive in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks with an emphasis on customer service. Matt demonstrates proven reliability to accurately determine requested services, required budgets, and desired timelines while managing digital, print, apparel and promotional product projects from conception to completion. His dedication to defining solutions and ensuring the overall quality of projects and client relationships makes him an invaluable resource for every Just Flow client.

Matt earned a BA in Graphic Design from Southern New Hampshire University and attended Manchester Community College for credits toward a web design certificate. He began his career as a graphic designer for another local marketing agency and then was promoted to an Account Manager role prior to joining Just Flow Events & Marketing. He was also active with the New Hampshire Creative Club, designing mailers to promote events, attending events, and serving on the Steering Committee from 2009-2010.

Shannon Dufton

Account Manager

After exciting roles working with the Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins during her years at Merrimack College, Shannon graduated with a B.S. in Marketing and Sport Management. While she is still an avid sports fan, she discovered her true passion – digital marketing – once she launched her professional career at a B2B technology company in 2019.

Shannon is a natural communicator and enjoys building connections both in-person and online. She leverages her organizational skills and attention to detail to build trust and maintain a positive relationship between our firm and their designated representatives. This highly collaborative approach ensures that the services and projects received by each client represent the highest quality and value, exceed the client’s needs, and remain within their budget.

When she’s not identifying and developing strategic goals, Shannon loves to sing, play with her Golden Retriever, and, of course, support her favorite sports teams.

Brooke Wilson

Social Media Communications Specialist

A creative self-starter, Brooke became interested in graphic design and advertising at a very early age. Once enrolled at Endicott College, she knew marketing and design was the path she wanted to follow. Endicott offered a unique marketing program allowing her to earn a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications with a minor in graphic design.

After graduating in 2020 during a pandemic, Brooke decided to pursue a master’s degree in Sport Leadership. After earning an M.S. in 2021, Brooke held a social media and marketing communications position with a local hockey team, where she designed graphics and managed social media platforms acting as the team’s marketing manager. After gaining valuable hands-on experience creating the marketing strategy for the hockey team, Brooke decided she wanted to expand her knowledge of social media and graphic design in other ways. This led her to take a part-time position at a local hair salon as a receptionist before becoming their Social Media Manager. Brooke enjoys creating graphics and social media posts for all different types of businesses as it allows her to flex her creative muscles.

Outside of work, you can find Brooke spending time with her nephews and family, at a Bruins game, exploring Disney, or adventuring with friends.


Scott Huff

Web Developer

With over twelve years of experience in web development and product management, Scott Huff offers a variety of hands-on, real-world experience in digital marketing. Since graduating from the New Hampshire Technical Institute in 2007, Scott has developed custom web solutions to handle complex eCommerce structures, inventory management, and web-to-print solutions. His career has taken him into many different roles that have allowed him to truly understand the needs of the clients and users he works with on a daily basis, always with a focus on the technical solutions that can be leveraged to meet their needs. He is well-versed in the WordPress platform, including serving as the primary technical contact for the development of all Just Flow websites. These sites have included basic corporate branded websites as well as more complex, multi-level sites with eCommerce component and external integrations.

Tessa Munson

Finance and Human Resources Manager

Tessa brings 25 years of experience in Finance and Human Resources across the engineering, digital marketing, and sports industries to support the work of Just Flow Events & Marketing. Her proven knowledge in business growth planning, recruitment, accounting, and employee relations helps the agency securely manage its daily operations, identify talent, and navigate its expansion.

Originally from California, Tessa, her husband, and their two sons now live in Danville, New Hampshire. While a day at the ocean is one of her favorite activities, she also enjoys sitting on her front porch on a beautiful day – taking in nature and reading a great book. Along with tackling Finance and Human Resources strategies for Just Flow Events & Marketing, she cares for her family’s two cats, guinea pig, and bearded dragon.
