An Office Administrator manages the day-to-day operations of an office, providing essential support to staff and ensuring smooth workflow. They handle a wide range of tasks, including managing communications, organizing schedules, maintaining records, and overseeing office supplies and equipment. They are key to creating a productive and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Administrative Support:
    Answering emails, making phone calls, managing correspondence, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
  • Office Management:
    Maintaining office supplies and equipment, managing inventory and equipment details, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Scheduling and Coordination:
    Scheduling meetings and appointments for staff and supporting the CEO in day-to-day needs.
  • Record Keeping:
    Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, managing protocols and project management platform administration, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Communication:
    Facilitating internal and external communication, drafting documents, and managing company communications.
  • Event Planning:
    Assisting with the organization and coordination of company events, both internal and external.
  • Financial Tasks:
    Assisting with basic bookkeeping, processing invoices, and managing budgets.
  • Compliance and Policy:
    Ensuring adherence to office policies and procedures and contributing to their development.
