Socha Companies was recently recognized at the 2024 Cornerstone Awards Gala, receiving awards for two major construction projects completed this past year: Interior Design (Single Room) category and Bath ($25,000-$50,000) category. Presented by the New Hampshire Home Builders Association, the Cornerstone Awards recognize excellence in the building industry, celebrating the finest achievements in residential construction markets. Of the 29 award winners, Socha Companies is one of only four companies who were recognized with two 2024 Cornerstone Awards.

On October 23rd, Socha Companies hosted a Grand Opening event for their newest residential townhome community, Saddle Rock. Guests enjoyed a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by a tour of the new development’s grounds and model townhome unit.
