For over 30 years, the Manchester Historic Preservation Awards program has honored more than 250 individuals, businesses, and organizations across 40 different categories for their significant contributions to preserving Manchester’s historic buildings, neighborhoods, traditions, and resources.
The Manchester Historic Preservation Awards recognize remarkable efforts in historic preservation and also serves as the Manchester Historic Association’s largest fundraiser that supports their mission to collect, preserve, and share our community’s rich history.

- City Landmark Award: First Baptist Church at 536 Union Street
- Conservation of Cultural Resources Award: Antiques on Elm for their business at 321 Elm Street
